A small business that is passionate about materials that celebrate craftsmanship and heritage that has timeless beauty. We not only protect what is left of the endangered tree species for future generations by reclaiming and repurposing these treasures, but we also keep history alive.
We work with architects, builders, homeowners, interior designers, and cabinet makers across the country who are just as passionate as we are.
About Our Company
Our journey began in a small town in South Louisiana, with the restoration of an 1860 Acadian home. With few resources to purchase new materials, we turned to salvaging wood from old houses and barns by hand. What started as a practical necessity soon revealed something greater—a world of beauty, history, and possibility hidden within reclaimed wood.
As neighbors and builders took interest in the excess materials, what began as small exchanges slowly grew. Over the next 30 years, our work expanded from a single truck and crowbar to a seven-warehouse property equipped with tools and machinery. Through every step, our foundation remained the same: passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to give back by protecting trees through the repurposing of rare, old-growth lumber.
What once was born out of need has since flourished into a full-time reclaimed materials company—sustained by resilience, guided by heritage, and inspired by a love for the timeless character of wood.
